More site cleanup!

I picked a new theme for the site, even if it looks like a knock-off engagdet. It looks clean and works well on mobile, send me an email if you love it or hate it.

Restored the CMatrix page since the link is still getting quite a few hits. I should see if we can resurrect that program for another purpose....
