10/26/00 - Well, I was hoping to have more pictures by now, but we havent had time to get any developed. Man things get hectic when you get married ;-) We ended up steal^H^H^H^H^Hborrowing pictures from our friend Kelly for this page. Thank you Kelly. We promise to get stuff scanned in later, for now here's some pics for y'all to munch on...

While not quite in chronological order, it might be a good idea to introcude you to the Best Man, Rich Kolb, and the Maids of Honor, Erika Lanier (with Rich) and Ashley Hart (out in front). Originally Chris' brother Robby was supposed to be in the wedding as the 2nd Best Man, but family politics kept this from happening. :-(

Here comes the bride... Amy is walked down the aisle by her dad Delbert Hart.

A live action shot in the Church! Here we see the Bride and Groom having a mean thumb wrestle. Or maybe they're just saying their vows. From left to right standing: Altar boy dude, Father Trombley, Ashley, Amy, Chris, Altar boy dude, Rich. If you look carefully you can see the top of Erika's head. Heh.

Ladies and Gentlemen, may I present Mr. and Mrs. Chris Allegretta. Kiss the bride dope!

Here's a nice action shot of the reception, whilst everyone was waiting for the wedding party to arrive and be announced.

And here is the happy couple making their entrance to the reception at the Candlelight in Ellenburg, NY. Note Chris' stubborn refusal to keep his eyes open for any picture.

"You play ball with us..."

After everyone was at the reception, it was time to eat. But first a toast by the Best Man. Rich made a great speech, unfortunately what he said escapes me at the moment. It sounded good though. Then, dinner: a wonderful turkey dinner complete with stuffing, corn, mashed potatoes and gravy (yum), and for dessert...

Cake, of course! After a struggle to actually cut the cake (the pearl strands around the outside of the cakes prevented the couple from actually slicing into the cake), everyone dug in and the cake was dee-lish.

Unfortunately the reception was crashed by this unruly mob of posessed Tony Bennett fans! Picured from left to right: Chris Q, Kelly-age, Billyboy, MattCHOO, Jenna and last but not least, Chadley.

The young couple goes out to meet their adoring public. In the first picture, we see our heroes chatting with Q, who by the way gave up Yankee tickets to come to the wedding. What a sweetie!

In the lower picture, Rich tries to make time with Amy under Chris' watchful eye.

Hopefully everyone had as much fun at the reception as we did. We'll have to getr pictures of the wedding party dance (not to mention the rest of the wedding party!!), the garter and boquet toss, and the dollar dance. But we do have one more picture you might like to see...

Awwww. Just like peas and carrots. Well, this is all we have for now, we will hopefully get access to a scanner soon and scan many more pictures, until you're just sick of seeing them! Until then, may peace and happiness follow you wherever you may go.
Back.

Psst. By the way, those of you who don't know yet, we went to Cove Haven @ Caesar's Pocono Resorts for our honeymoon. A bit chilly, but a wonderful place. Any place that has free pool tables has to be cool. The champagne-glass tub was pretty awesome too ;) Ttfn.
